Steve joined Vista in 2006, now Director of Care and Services, his passion and commitment to provide high quality care in our residential homes and community services continues. Using his skills in communication, experience and knowledge his ambitions are to lead Vista and influence society by working in partnership both locally and nationally. Being an expert adviser to the National Institute Clinical Excellence, his aims are to ensure that the needs of those affected by sight loss are met, including accessible information and the built environment.

Becky joined Vista in Autumn 2024 and is delighted to be working for Vista and supporting other people affected. Becky has a degenerative condition called Stargardts which is a childhood form of macular degeneration, which she was diagnosed with age 8.  She has worked in the charity sector for almost 20 years in service delivery, fundraising and strategic development.  Her biggest motivator at work is making a difference whether that’s to service users or staff.  Outside of work, Becky is a mum of two boys aged 5 and 2 and hey love to get outdoors exploring the coast and countryside. Becky and her family love to travel, love food and look forward to going on some big adventures as the boys get older.
