Louise has a strong track record of supporting charities to reach more people and deliver more impact for over 20 years. Passionate about the rights and opportunities for people affected by disability, Louise is delighted to have joined Vista as CEO supporting its vital continued development.

Steve Payne

Director of Care and Services, Designated Safeguarding Lead

Steve joined Vista in 2006, now Director of Care and Services, his passion and commitment to provide high quality care in our residential homes and community services continues. Using his skills in communication, experience and knowledge his ambitions are to lead Vista and influence society by working in partnership both locally and nationally. Being an expert adviser to the National Institute Clinical Excellence, his aims are to ensure that the needs of those affected by sight loss are met, including accessible information and the built environment.

Becky Newham

Interim Director of Fundraising and Communications

Becky joined Vista in Autumn 2024 and is delighted to be working for Vista and supporting other people affected. Becky has a degenerative condition called Stargardts which is a childhood form of macular degeneration, which she was diagnosed with age 8. She has worked in the charity sector for almost 20 years in service delivery, fundraising and strategic development. Her biggest motivator at work is making a difference whether that’s to service users or staff. Outside of work, Becky is a mum of two boys aged 5 and 2 and hey love to get outdoors exploring the coast and countryside. Becky and her family love to travel, love food and look forward to going on some big adventures as the boys get older.

Chris Benham

Interim Director of Finance and Operations

Chris joined Vista in March 2025 and is excited to be working with the wider team in providing great support to all our service users and carers. He has recently left the NHS acute hospital sector as an Executive Director of Finance and Deputy Chief Executive Officer having spent 15 years within the service. Prior to this, he worked within the private sector of a private equity backed European manufacturing group and a UK subsidiary of an international French oil and gas group. Chris lives in Houghton-on-the-Hill, enjoys his new sport of playing hockey and more recently is brushing up his very rusty skills after attempting to come out of retirement as a percussionist. He is also a corporation member at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and is a governor at Birkett House School. Chris holds an Economics degree and is a Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
