Meet Up - Loughborough

Come and meet with others for a coffee and a chat.  

We’ll be meeting in the Community Room at Tesco Extra where Vista members can have tea, coffee, snacks and space to chat. The Community Room is on the ground floor at the back of the store, our volunteer will be on hand to guide attendees from the entrance.

This session is hosted by Vanisha who will make introductions and make everyone welcome, whether you know others already or not. You are welcome to come to all or some of the session. Please book below or by calling Vanisha on 07715078811 so we know who’s coming in advance.

Tesco Extra is by the Park Road roundabout connecting Park Road, Ling Road, Lansdowne Drive and Epinal Way. The postcode is LE11 2EX and it is a 10 minute drive from Junction 23 of M1. 

Although Vista aren’t able to offer transport, we can advise on options and assist you in getting the information you need. 

Social Car Scheme

John Storer run Community Transport for those who find it difficult to use public transport through disability, age or location. The cost of the journey is subsidised by funding from Leicestershire County Council. The Social Car Scheme is for passengers requiring car journeys driven by volunteer drivers for a range of trips including leisure activities. Tesco bus stop is on Park Road and is within 150 meters of the store entrance, close by are also Howe Road, and Farnham Road stops.

The closest train stop is Loughborough Station via East Midlands Train Line (approximately 2 miles away). There is a taxi rank and a bus stop directly outside the station.
