SocialEyes - Bowls - Taster session
Learn about the wonderful game of Bowls by joining us for an indoor Bowls taster session with the Leicester Visually Impaired Bowls Club, at our Head Office on Monday 17th June from 1pm until 3pm.
You can also take the opportunity to learn more about and join the Leicester Visually Impaired Bowls Club as a member or help as a volunteer.
All necessary equipment will be provided for you on the day.
No experience is required and it's a great way to meet new friends while enjoying a game of bowls.
Club member Chris shared;
"I've enjoyed meeting lots of new people and learning something new, as I've never bowled prior to sight loss. The reaction from other people when they see what a person with sight loss can achieve is priceless!".

The cost of taking part is subsidised, thanks to our funders The Masonic Charitable Foundation and Yorkshire Building Society.
Price: £3 per participant.

Dial-a-ride
Leicester Dial-a-Ride provides accessible transport for people, collecting City Council residents and taking them to the City Centre. The drop off points are Highcross Shopmobility or Haymarket Shopmobility, both are about 10 minutes walk from the café.
