SocialEyes - Sound Therapy
This session will start with a short 5 minute introduction to sound therapy and its benefits. The rest of the session is an opportunity to sit back and listen to the playing of the gong, singing bowls, wind chimes, ocean drum and drum. The different sounds will help to create a state of relaxation and meditation for the participants.
Any necessary equipment will be provided for you on the day.
The session will be led by Priyesh Katariya of Meditation4All
The cost of taking part is subsidised, thanks to our funders The Masonic Charitable Foundation and Yorkshire Building Society.
Price: £3 per participant

Dial-a-ride
Leicester Dial-a-Ride provides accessible transport for people, collecting City Council residents and taking them to the City Centre. The drop off points are Highcross Shopmobility or Haymarket Shopmobility, both are about 10 minutes walk from the café.

Train and bus travel
Vista is about a 10 minute walk from Leicester Train Station, or there is a taxi pick up and drop off point to the front of the station.
