Virtual activity session - Physiotherapist lead exercise class
This chair based exercise session is a gentle but effective way to improve your:
- Flexibility/mobility
- Strength/endurance
- Balance
- Mood
- Cardiovascular health
The chair based exercise class will consist of repeated upper body and lower body movements. We will finish the class with a gentle breathing exercise to help aid relaxation.
