Virtual Activity: Visual Impairment Awareness

Join this training session by Vista’s rehabilitation service to find out about the common eye conditions and the certification process for registering visually impaired. There will be discussion on the emotional aspects of sight loss, and detail on all the services Vista offers to support people.  

The team will chat through how we can all promote accessible environments and methods of communication, and there will also be practical tips on how to effectively guide someone with a visual impairment. 

This session is for anyone who wants to find out more about visual impairment.
