Virtual Activity - Physio chair based exercise
This chair based exercise session is a gentle but effective way to improve your Flexibility/Mobility, Strength/Endurance, Balance, Mood and Cardiovascular health. The chair based exercise class will consist of repeated upper body and lower body movements. Its an opportunity to meet other like minded people. Please join us on Wednesday 8th June 1:00pm.
