Vista is a remarkable award-winning charity that through its 280 staff and 350 volunteers supports nearly 17,000 people.

We’re an established charity, next year celebrating our 160th year, and whilst we’re proud of our heritage we’re not afraid to change so that we can continue to be of more benefit to the people that we are here to serve. We know that there is more to be done, and we’re looking for someone who can help Vista to achieve this. 

As a charity we’re keen that we don’t just provide specialist services to people with sight loss, but that we work with partners in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to ensure that all services are accessible for people with sight loss.
