Leicester visually impaired bowls club seeks new members

The Leicester, visually impaired (outdoor) bowls club provide an opportunity once a week between April and September to play alongside other visually impaired people and volunteers against sighted opposition all over Leicestershire. The bowls club have volunteers to provide tuition, so it does not matter if you have played before or not, they can also provide transport (dependent on area.) Or, if you have family or friends who could help out – maybe even play! – Then that would be great. The aim is to provide a sociable afternoon, giving those who are visually impaired the chance to meet new friends and learn a new activity as well. If you require any more information please contact marketing@vistablind.org.uk.
