University Hospitals of Leicester listening event
We would like to inform you of online listening events being hosted by University Hospitals Leicester (UHL). We would like to extend their invite for you to join them at their online “Listening events” which are due to take place:
5th July at 10am – 11:30am or 6th July 4pm – 5.30pm.
The main purpose of the event will be to listen to your experience of hospital telephone and video appointments.
At the start of the pandemic, there had to be changes made quickly to most routine hospital appointments to telephone or video calls. UHL are really keen to understand how they can improve this service and to hear how patients across our local communities have experienced this relatively new way of working. If you have had a telephone or video hospital appointment in the last 18 months, they would really like to hear from you. Your views will help them to shape the service over the coming months and years.
This will be an online event, using Microsoft Teams.
