An update from Vista's leadership team

At Vista we’ve been busy making some changes over the past few months. We’re excited to announce that we will shortly be beginning a review of our services, including a consultation which will shortly be live to everyone from Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. This gives people an opportunity to let us know what you think of our current services but also feedback what is important to you right now. The results from this consultation will be used to develop and inform our future strategy for Vista.

We will announce when the consultation is live and welcome you to complete it and be part of our future journey.

Alongside this, we announce with sadness the departure of two current members of our leadership team. Susan Hoath will be stepping down as CEO of Vista as of September 2023. We will shortly be beginning recruitment for her replacement, albeit they are big shoes to fill. In the interim, Natalie and Steve will together be dealing with the role between them.

You may also have noticed that Kate Naish stepped down as our Director of Income Generation in February. We have an interim Head of Fundraising in place and will be recruiting for a permanent replacement in time but in the mean time, please contact us on the usual channels and the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
